Shipping policy

Please ensure shipping and delivery details are correct and include any special instructions on check out. Any re-deliveries or retrievals will be charged by the courier.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order we will call the contact numbers filled out on the order form to ask for your permission on what to do next.

If no one responds after five minutes the following options are available:
- The order will be sent back to our Prospect store to be picked up
- A new delivery may be arranged which will incur another delivery fee

Please ensure recipient will be available for delivery. Some reasons why deliveries may be unsuccessful: 
- Address provided is incorrect
- Not one is present or no access to the property
- Business address is closed

We are not liable for incorrect numbers, address, locations or delivery information supplied. Additional fees may be required for redelivery.

If permission to leave flowers at the address by the sender, we cannot be held liable of what happens with the flowers once they are delivered. If any issues occur, please call 7226 5567 immediately.
